Mirai Kitchen ～ a way of life 〜
We are a Macrobiotic / Vegan cooking school in Tokyo. Macrobiotic sounds English but it actually started from the traditional Japanese cuisine. It is a great way to immerse yourself in the Japanese culture and to learn how to make proper Japanese meals.
All classes are semi-private/small classes held at a small apartment in a downtown (Arakawa word), Tokyo. Classes are taught in English and Japanese.
Anyone can enjoy our classes as long as if you like tasty vegetarian/ vegan/ macrobiotic foods and want to be more alert and more radiater. If you would like to join the class, please contact the email below.
